Baby Goes Clubbing!! A brand new concept, in feel good fitness, euphoric sensory experience promoting babies development and socialization for mums and babies which is vital for confidence and companionship.

Put on your dancing shoes mummies and bring your babies to Minky Moos Baby Goes Clubbing Sessions beginning from Thursday 31st May 2013 at 10.30am at Bar So Night Club, Exeter Road, Bournemouth, BH2 5AG.

Baby Goes Clubbing concept is all about bringing mummies and babies together within a night club atmosphere to experience fitness dance moves with our trained dancers, warm up, fitness moves, free dance and cool down work out moves to promote your fitness and get in shape. Great music to enjoy with your baby including our amazing euphoric music and light display using hand held spinning lights held in the air for true magical feel and a developmental sensory fix for all babies who will love the euphoric sounds and colours. Great dance tunes and weekly themes such as 80′s, Disco etc, free dance fun and amazing LCD graphics for ultimate dance experience. Our dancers will encourage, guide and dance you all happy!!

Socialization is a very important aspect of Baby Goes Clubbing so please feel free to stay after your dance experience for mummies private social time downstairs within Bar So Club. A chance for all you mummies to purchase healthy juices, tasty coffees, teas, water and snacks and no time limit. Chatting, being together is important as mums.

Being a mummy is the most incredible feeling ever but it can also be extremely demanding and lonely but no longer as Baby Goes Clubbing focuses on bringing mums and babies together for feel good dance, fitness and euphoric sensory fun uniquely within a safe, clubbing environment with essential socialization time.

Mummies you will love it and happy babies assured!! Sensible footwear and relaxed, fitness clothing advisable.

The session is predominately for babies – 18 month olds. If your baby is walking mummies are responsible for holding babies when on the dance floor.

Our Minky Moo baby and toddler sensory sessions have become so popular in Southbourne and Westbourne we have now increased our capacity by adding some more session in new areas. We are pleased to say we will now be holding classes in Winton, Wimbourne, Parkstone and The Treehouse cafe in Bournemouth town center.

All classes will be 45 mins and are £4.50 on a pay as you go basis.

10am for babies and 11.15 for walkers through to pre-schoolers.

By popular demand Minky Moos are pleased to announce a brand new Music, Lights, Action and Sensory session for both babies and toddlers at Winton Methodist Church (on the corner of Alma Road, Heron Court Road and Fitzharris Avenue) BH9 1DE.

These sessions offer the opportunity to interact and build positive relationships with your baby or toddler. It helps promote self esteem and builds confidence in parents and child alike. Babies and toddlers will experience new skills, learn new songs, meet other children and engage in an action packed fun sessions to stimulate the senses.

The sessions have a good structure with welcome song, music and sounds, action songs, sensory scarves, bubbles, dance and our popular wind down chill out light show to provide a great ending.

With a great reputation in Westbourne and Southbourne we can not wait to let the good people of Winton and Charminster experience our fab sessions!

The baby session will be 10.00-10.45 and toddlers 11.15-12.00. £4.50 on a pay as you go basis to allow greater flexibility. We really are the best value session around!

New Baby and Toddler class in Southbourne at the The Good Play Cafe

By popular demand Minky Moos is pleased to be performing our Music, Lights, Action Sensory sessions on a Wednesday morning at the Good Play Cafe in Southbourne in their new Underwater themed party room.

The baby session suitable for newborns-crawlers is at 10am and the toddler session for pre-schoolers is at 11.15am. We currently operate on a first come first served basis and are pay as you go. Each class is £4.50

Our sessions are high energy fun with singing, dancing and lights that will stimulate and excite your little ones. We have a fantastic reputation in the local area so please come along and see what we are all about.

We will continue to run both sessions as normal on a Friday morning at Southbourne Children’s Centre and on a Monday morning at Bee-a-Bug Cafe in Westbourne.

Minky Moos starts 2013 off with a bang! Children’s parties galore!

Wow!! What a start to the year Minky Moos has had! Not only have we been busy doing some really amazing themed children’s parties we have also been taking bookings galore and getting booked up in January, February, March and April and beyond!! Some dates now already fully booked so please make sure to book in advance for your party to guarantee availability for your chosen date!!

We have held some wonderful parties for some very special birthday boys and girls in all of the Dorset and Hampshire area.  Disco Diva parties have been a recent popular choice and our new dance routine to learn to “Call Me Baby” by Carly Rae Jetson has been going down a storm! These parties also include fabulous neon disco dress up, face painting, dancing games, and a fashion catwalk show!

We’ve also done some amazing themed character parties. We had an amazing Star Wars party with also a bouncy castle, hosted by Princess Leah and a dramatic entrance with Darth Vader himself as a special guest!! The Force couldn’t have been stronger at this party in Southbourne that amazed and delighted all of the guests and parents!! It was truly spectacular!!

We have also done a host of wonderful Fairy, Princess Rapunzel, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Belle, and Snow White parties, as well as fun packed pirate, superhero, Moshi Monster and Batman parties!  All of which include a special guest, painting activity, face painting, themed dancing games, treasure hunts, prizes, parachute and balls and magical wishes – the fun has been endless!  A new popular trend is to combine a princess and pirate party for parties where both girls and boys are the guests!  It’s worked a treat!!

We have also done some amazing Street Dance Parties with our amazing professional street dancer where the parties have definitely been the coolest around! Some Magical Makeover parties with our super-talented professional make-up artist, and also some fantastic mascot parties with Fireman Sam and Hello Kitty being the special guests to name just a few!  Not to mention our new Sensory & Music parties for toddlers!

Penny has also been busy with her amazing sensory, music lights and action sessions for babies and toddlers and we are delighted to announce from the 23rd of January there will be another session on Wednesdays at the Good Play Cafe in Southbourne!  This is in addition the wonderful sessions already being held at Bee-a-Bug cafe in Westbourne on Mondays, and Southbourne Childrens Centre, Stourvale road, on Fridays.  All places hold sessions at 10.00am for babies and pre-walkers, and 11.15 for toddlers.  All classes are £4.50 pay as you go! Please come along with your little ones to experience them for yourself!!

Minky Moo magic sparkled on Superhero, Princess and Christmas Parties!

Wow! What a a couple of weekends of amazing parties where Minky Moo magic has been sparkled and spread throughout the Bournemouth, Poole and Ringwood area! We had a special Christmas party for Three Gables Day Nursery where not just one character but THREE amazing special guests arrived to amaze and delight the 100 children – A real Pink Fairy, Princess Rapunzel and also…you’ve guessed it – the big man himself Father Christmas! The children were in absolute awe and delight of the special guest and all the fun games and activities supplied by the amazing Minky Moo team!  We have also had a double dose of cool Superhero character fun for an ultimate boy party for Samuel and Ryan’s 6th Birthday party in Southbourne, where Spiderman AND Ben 10 came to join in all the fun with the children and they also had a Minky Moo Bouncy Castle to add to all the high energy fun and games!

We have also sprinkled glitter at an amazing Magical Makeover party for Amy’s 6th Birthday Party in Poole.  Had Rapunzel wow guests with a princess party in Ringwood for Lola’s 7th Birthday Party.  Given an absolutely enchanting Fairy Party for Katie and Olivia’s 5th birthday party in Branksome Chine.  Had two pirates sail to Southbourne Children’s centre for a really lively and fun Pirate Party for Liam’s 5th birthday party and even Cinderella has been to Muscliffe for Keira’s 5th Birthday party!!  There’s even been a host of Disco Diva and Hello Kitty parties to add to that! And the Minky Moo team Christmas Party! Phew! The Minky Moo team have been busy delighting and entertaining all the boys and girls and giving them really special birthday and Christmas parties to remember forever!

Real Princesses and Pirates amaze children at their birthday parties in Bournemouth and the New Forest this weekend

Another host of brilliant parties entertertained birthday boys and girls and their guests this weekend across Bournemouth, Poole, New Forest and surrounding areas!  Amongst them was a fabulous Cinderella and Pirate 3rd birthday party on Saturday in Bransgore for Darcy and Olive.  The children had a ball and couldn’t believe their eyes when the real Cinderella arrived and then was joined by the Jolly Polly Pirate! They had glitter face painting, painted beautiful flags, special princess wishes, princess party games, pirate treasure hunt, following the leader, dancing, prizes, lots of yummy food and cake, singing and a colourful parachute and balls!  Everyone was so pleased and really enjoyed it!  Mum Amy said she will definitely be booking Minky Moos again and will be throughly recommending us!

Another one that dazzled the children this weekend was a magical pink fairy  princess and pirate party in Redlinch, near Salisbury on Sunday for Olivia’s 5th birthday party!  The children loved every second and they had so much fun, they painted flags and had magical glitter face painting and glitter hair and couldn’t believe their eyes when a real pink fairy princess Blossom arrived and brought with her magical wishing dust! Jolly Polly Pirate also made a dramatic entrance and all together they played dancing games, pirate treasure hunt, following the leader, had wonderful party food, singing, group photos, more fairy princess games and also parachute and balls.  Mum Clarissa was delighted and said it was amazing!
